Every year, through the Talent Review process, each A-People member undergoes individual evaluation. With the support of a dedicated manager (Enabler), a joint assessment is conducted using Emotional Intelligence tools and self-assessment based on the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This guides growth plans, personalized upskilling paths, salary adjustments, and career mobility opportunities.

Performance management and talent empowerment
A results and goal-oriented approach underpins the Incentive Scheme and MBO (Management By Objectives) plan across Altea Federation companies. Incentives are profession-family-specific, regulating clear reward paths based on company and individual performance.
