BIP is a multinational management consulting and digital transformation firm serving businesses and public administrations.

Headquartered in Milan, Italy, BIP operates in 12 additional countries and employs over 5,000 professionals.

Starting in 2022, BIP embarked on implementing Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud, initially in Italy and subsequently extending the rollout across other countries.

Following the Go Live, several enhancements were required to complete and optimize reporting for vertical processes within Project Portfolio Management (PPM), as well as to integrate PPM with Finance (billing) and Procurement (orders and receipts).

In this context, ABS applied its extensive experience

from numerous Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud implementations to develop improved and new reporting capabilities and to enhance system functionalities — all to BIP’s full satisfaction.
